Thanksgiving Round 1

Ready! When do we eat?!

What are you going to have for dinner, Poppy?

Cuddles and books with Auntie Beth and Sarina.

You should visit more often, Uncle David!

Seriously, what's so great about Vermont anyways? You can't beat this.

Thanksgiving Round 2

Baby playtime...
while the big kids get down to business.

Okay, Ben, you're covered. Now stay right here...just one more piece of pie and we'll come back for you, promise.

Hey, I don't work for free you know.

And I got my little cousin's back.

Who says kids don't like broccoli?

Glad someone is getting some sleep around here...

The Next Olympic Diver

Two Weeks Paternity Leave

Matt was home with us adjusting to our new family life and we took advantage of it! Avery showed Quinn her favorite local spots: Sleeping Giant, Wintergreen Lake, Bassett Park, Brooksvale Park- Quinn enjoyed her moby time hiking around while Avery led the way (she is quite the hiker these days). Avery practiced how to play with Quinn- reading her favorite books to her, giving lots of too hard hugs and kisses, giving too hard pushes in the swing, bouncing her too hard in the bouncy seat...you get the idea. She's really mastered her gentle play skills since and is proving to be the greatest big sister Quinn could ask for. What a special two weeks.

Duel bouncy seaters.

Happy Halloween!

Carving my first Jack-O-Lantern with Dad.

Playing outside at Nana and Poppy's.

Quinn slept through most of the Halloween celebration.

Check out that candle! Here I am enjoying a pumpkin ice cream treat from Carvel.

Ta-da! There it is in action! Ready for all the trick-or-treaters! I didn't want to wear my tiger constume afterall, but I still hit up a few houses with Poppy and scored some candy!

Quinn didn't mind getting in her constume.
